What we collect at this stage
Your email address, and optionally the market you buy in, roughly how many pieces you own, whether you buy to keep or to resell, and what you are hunting. Everything except the email address is optional and the form works without it.
Why
To tell you once when the Register opens, and to decide which markets and which records we build first. The optional answers are used in aggregate to size the audience. They are not published, sold or shared.
Consent and unsubscribing
We record the moment you consented, the version of this notice you agreed to, and the address you consented from, because consent has to be provable rather than asserted. Every message identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Where it lives
On infrastructure we operate ourselves. We do not use a third-party mailing platform or customer data platform, so your address is not copied into anyone else’s systems.
Access, correction and deletion
Write to us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your entry removes the address and every optional answer attached to it.
